Goat Yoga with Rescued Animals
Enjoy the phenomenon of goat yoga with the rescued animal residents of Charlie's Acres Farm Animal Sanctuary. Yoga instructor, Alana will instruct you on poses and posture with the occasional goat distraction. This yoga class is intended to be fun and for all skill levels so no need to take it too seriously. Every class will be different and dependent on how our friendly goats (or sheep) decide to participate.
We'll provide yoga mats and will position all participants 6+ feet apart. Please bring comfortable clothes and a water bottle. Ages 14+.
Yoga class begins at 12 pm. Please arrive at 11:45 to check in, set up, and get acquainted with our rescued animal residents.
In the event of inclement weather, Goat Yoga will be rescheduled.
